Daunel Construction was established in the year 2002 the company was purchased
from Mr and Mrs. Nel. Its registered business name is Daunel Properties with afrikaans translation on as Daunel Eiedomme. The previous owners operated it as a Financial and Investment company focusing on investment in property and financial services.
From 2002 to 2006, we operated the company along the principal of its
predecessors Mr and Mrs Nel concentrating on speculative building as
the property investment strategy. Our focus was to do speculative building
